Our healthy food …


Kostas , Siddhart is our chef at Om Shanti. He is preparing all the food fresh and with lots of love.We try to do all organic & from local farmers. The kitchen is yogic, all vegetarian and mixed from Cretan to Ayurvedic Indian food…with lots of fantasy and spices


Our breakfast includes either warm porridge or Muesli with nuts , fresh fruit salad , sheep’s or cow’s yogurt (depending on seasonal availability),savory as well as sweet biscuits ,honey, tahini.,various jams ,butter, wholewheat bread. rice crackers….. local goat or sheep cheeses,various salads , fresh smoothies ,coffee ,tea.


our dinners vary with soups as a starter or any other small plates ..Salads , main dishes , Cretan & Mediterranean specialties or Indian food..a small dessert is served after all healthy and with natural ingredients..
