08:00-10:00 : Meditation, Pranayama, Asanas.
10:00-11:00 : Breakfast (Vegetarian) : Muesli, Porridge, Fruits, Cheese, Tomatoes, Yogurt, Honey, Bread, Coffee or Herbal Tea (our own mix).
11:00-17:00 : Free Τime (Going to the Beach, Massage or Reiki).
17:00-19:00 : Theory, Asanas, Meditation.
19:00 : Dinner (Vegetarian, Indian and Cretan Food), Dancing Meditation on the last evening.
* Two times during the week in the afternoon you have free time for yourself, there is no dinner and you can enjoy some of the nice restaurants at the beach.
* 11:00-12:00 : Karma Yoga for each participant 1 hour per week.
